Darlene Jones, the heart and brain behind Jones Affordable Homes, is an accomplished real estate expert with over 30 years of experience in sales, development, construction, and finance. A graduate of the University of Florida, Darlene founded GM Mortgage & Real Estate in 1983, where she specialized in the acquisition of real estate notes and mortgages nationwide. She is celebrated for her expert craftsmanship and design skills, having won multiple awards in the Florida Home Builders Association's Parade of Homes.
